新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来，为了让在深外籍人士及时、准确地接收到官方防疫信息，深圳市外办已建立跨部门协作、市区联动的英文信息发布工作机制，及时传递有效、透明的双语疫情信息，服务在深外国人做好疫情防控工作。
同时还开设涉外疫情防控服务热线0755-88121224，为在深外籍人士答疑解惑。目前，热线电话仍持续有效，在深外籍人士对当前疫情防控工作如有疑惑、意见和建议，可拨打上述电话进行咨询。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office has established a bilingual information release mechanism and adopted a series of measures to help expatriates in Shenzhen stay informed in the battle against COVID-19 based on effective collaboration between government departments at different levels.
