根据世界银行日前发布的6月中国经济简报，2021年中国经济增速预计将达到8.5%，反映出低基数效应，积压需求的释放以及强劲出口的拉动。

“预计总需求的结构会继续转向国内私人消费需求，”世界银行指出，实际消费增长将逐步回归疫情前的趋势，支撑因素包括劳动力市场复苏、家庭收入增加和消费者信心增强。投资也将继续作为一个增长引擎。但随着制造业资本性支出回升，预计投资结构将转向私人投资，从而抵消基础设施和房地产投资趋冷的影响。

世界银行建议，决策者应当加倍努力推进促增长的结构性改革，引导经济走上更加绿色、韧性和包容的发展之路。

China's economic growth is projected to reach 8.5 percent this year, reflecting a low base effect, the release of pent-up demand and strong exports, according to an updated forecast published by the World Bank on Tuesday.

"The structure of aggregate demand is expected to continue to rotate toward private domestic demand," the World Bank said.

"Real consumption growth is projected to gradually return to its pre-COVID-19 trend, supported by the ongoing labor market recovery and improved consumer confidence. Investment will also remain an engine of growth, but its structure is expected to shift toward private investment, offsetting cooling infrastructure and property investment."

Meanwhil, the World Bank suggested that Chinese policymakers should redouble their efforts toward promoting growth-enhancing structural reforms and steering the economy toward a greener, more resilient and inclusive development path.
